Sam looked to Baylee as he stopped with the potion. "Fine go do what you want, you are not een worth to have Leigh as your mom."He said. "I am quitting my job here."He said as he grabbed his stuff. "Go what you want to do, you wouldn't listen to me or your mother anyway."He said. "Think about that."He said. He then headed out of the Office leaving the place forever as he was getting his "retirement".

Baylee rolled over and started to cough as the liqurd was in his lungs. His back was exposed showing the beatens he had as he tired to protect his mother. No-one knew this and not even Leighanne he was sexualty and physcially and emotionally abuse by his the guy he thought was his father. He saw Sam and he quickly got his feet and coward to the corner, didn't want anymore hurt from him. He was breaking down he swallowed bit of the potion but not much. He looked at him packing his stuff as he stayed in the corner, waiting to see what he would do.

Sam was in his car as he forget some stuff. He walked back as he looked to Baylee in the corner. He didn't do anything as he looked to him. He knew he saw the scars on his back but he didn't say anything about it. He just walked to his closet as he grabbed some files out of it. He looked into one of them trying to find something but not doing anything about Baylee.

Baylee looked at him he was so scared. He was about to leave, when the fear stopped him and he backed off and went the corner. He lowered himself down like he was dog and curled himself into a ball and was drained out from all the fighting. He muttered something out no one truly understands what I have been up to... Sam then headed to the office as he walked to Baylle. He heard what he said as he looked to him. "I am sorry for what I have done."He said looking to Baylee. "I don't like what I have done, but you never had respect for your mother when your father left, and that is something I don't like Baylee, you need to love your mother, not hurt her."He said.

Baylee saw him coming towards him and he quickly jumped to his feet. He had his arms up in the air. He didn't want to get hurt anymore. He was really terrifed of the police now. He didn't like that anymore and even though she has a chase now again he loved weing them up, he would make sure he wouldn't get caughted again. I aren't loving anyone. That way I can't hurt again. She brought him into the house and could have left years ago, but she didn't she stayed with him. She never reported him. He got away with it. After I tired to protect her and she threw it all way. I can never forgive her for that! He yelled a little, not much as before though. Can I please go now? He asked him.

Leighanne was waiting outside seeing what the outcome was. She was happy to find Sam again and this time she was going to keep him by her side and nothing else would make him leave from her again.

Sam heard what he said. "She was afraid Baylee, she couldn't do anything, I think she got raped by him."He said looking to him. "Just like you got hit. "He said as he knew about the scars. "I am sorry that I wasn't there when you needed your father."He said as he gave him his hand. "Can I be with you as a real father?"He asked looking to him.

Baylee looked at his hand and clenched up and backed away, he was simply to afaird. How did you know about me getting hit? Baylee wanted to take his hand, but he couldn't. He just couldn't do it. She was raped by him, I came home late on night and heard her screams. I didn't take my meds that night I got a baseball bat and strucked him with it. There was blood everywhere. I kept striking him and he got up and went for me. He started to punch me I didn't care. We thought for while until the police came. He legged it and I never saw him again. Sam heard his story as he knew many stories like this. "That is really terrible Baylee, I know she can't trust me either, I don't know if I can ever earn it. "He said. "Also this is my last day as Head of the Police Department, I just stopped working here, I took my way I threated you and that wasn't ok so I am not quitting. 'He said. "I will be there when she needs me but I don't know if I ever will get her trust."He said. "Thank you for telling Baylee, this will make your heart better because you could tell about it."He said.

Baylee looked at him he was still shaking slightly as he was still scared. She will in time. I wouldn't be there to protect her when I go. I am little scared of her being alone and I would feel a little better you are there with her. Baylee slowly walked towards him. He then closed his eyes and ran towards him, hugging him this time. Are you really my father? He asked him. Baylee haven't told him the whole truth of living in the household. He wouldn't want to tell either, he let the tears go as he felt the saddness. Am I really staying here for a year? He asked him.

"No you are not staying here if you promise me something Baylee."He said looking to him as he felt the hug. "Stay with your mom until she trusts me and then still know, you are the man in house not me, I want you to have a great bond with your mom ok."He said looking to her. "She is the one I care, and I care about you but you need to care for your mother. "He said. "This is the last thing I am going to do and that is to get you out here."He said. He then closed the office with Baylee as he let him go to his mother.

Baylee didn't know he can keep the promise but he would try. He looked at him again and signed a little. I will try even though have the time he goes to his mate and drink and takes drugs. He had money in his pocket to buy some later this day. He saw his mother and he hugged her affectionaly. He rubbed her back and tears fell down his face. He would leave the house and go and buy the drugs later on when he can get away.

Leighanne saw the door opened and was shocked that Baylee was hugging her. What did you say to him? She was happy to have her son back the way he was. She grabbed Sam and gave him a kiss on the lips, thank you she smiled and hugged her son back. Unaware what he was planning.

Sam looked to him as he had a plan. "Also Baylee."He said putting his hand out. "The money please you stole from my pocket when you hugged me.'He said looking to him. "Was it for drugs?"He asked looking to him. He felt the kiss as he smiled. "No problem Leigh, I just had a talk to him, he will stay with you until you can completely trust me and that was the last thing before I quit. What I did was wrong and I know I needed to stop now."He said looking to her.

Baylee looked at his mom and then back at Sam. He looked at him again. I didn't take anything of yours. I had money on me when you brough me in. I didn't steal yours he signed and looked down again. I don't take drugs, but you think it's yours fine take it. He handed the money over. He just had enough of being excuse.

"Baylee as your father and not as police agent."He said looking to him. "Don't take drugs ok, it is bad and I don't want you to end into a terrible way ok. "He said. "If the drugs are bad you can die or you can hurt people you love."He said as he looked to him.

He then heard Leigh. "I will see when I am come, I don't have a job anymore so. 'He said looking to him. "We will see when the time is fine."He said.
