"Calm down Baylee. "He said. "It will go all great."He said as he started the cardroving away. After a couple of minutes they were finally at the Collge as he looked to Baylee. "Good Luck son, it wll go great. Also I will pick you up later."He said as he saw Baylee getting into the school. He then drove further as he was heading to the court. He looked to Leigh as he kissed her. "Thank you. "He said. As he headed out of his car. He saw the room mate from Leigh who was now the Head and he saw Brian behind her. He didn't even look further then them as he entered the court.

Baylee heard his dad and he nodded. He saw the college and his heart was racing. Good Luck I am going to nearer it he left the car and went into the college and waited until 4:15 so he can go home. Leighanne kissed him back you be fine. You would be surpise if they make you stay. What would you do if they will? She asked him and she saw her room-mate. She patted his shoulder and walked into the court with him. Brian wanted to be next to Sam, but he wasn't allowed. This was tough on him now and he sat on the seat and waited for court to proceeded. The judge sat down. Right what have we got today? He asked and waited for them to talk.

"You can better ask her Judge."He said looking tothe Room Mate. "You can tell everything about me and you can ask the officers that were under my gaurd, but I did it with justice and respect."He said looking to the Judge. "But it is all over now as the Council of the Police wanted some fresh blood n it and kicked me out of my position."He said. "I get the claims, I help criminals, I am takin care of a Criminal that does drugs and shoot people and they call me a Job hater because I don't kill people and send them to Alcatraz because I am "Too weak to do it.". He said as he looked to the Judge. "So you can explain me why."He said. This was hard for him as he walked back to his seat as tears went into his eyes.

The judge listen to everything he said and nodded. Well Sam I am glad with what I heard. I have also noticed that crime as gone down since you were in the police. Now this new person the crime as gone up. Can anyone tell me why this is? Brian stood up I can sir. The judge nodded and gave him the go ahead. The crime as double cause we have been over-worked. When Sam was placed head of the department we were treated with respect and showed that the person behind the crime. I have been taughted to give people second chance. Take his son Baylee for example. Now before Sam was on the case we were getting chase and hassesed by the kid. Soon Sam started to treated him with respect the kid hasn't made another crime. IF you leave Sam go, I am telling young children like Baylee are not going to get the help they need, the judge nodded and turn his attention to Sam is all this true Sam? How much do you want to stay in the job he asked and waited again.

"What Brian is telling, is out of his heart, but I can't return Judge."He said looking to him. "The Room-Mate is everything that she wanted to have and since I got kicked by the Council of Police men I am nothing anymore."He said. "I am jobless now and I fought for so much. "He said. "There is nothing to fight for anymore, not for me as it goes like this."He said. He then got in tears and run off. He headed outside to his car as he drove away. He wanted to leave everything.

Brian saw him run. He got to his own car and chase after him. He used his training well. He knocked Sam's car off the road and blocked Sam in. He got out and sat in the car with Sam. Why did you run like that Sam? The judge was going to kick her out and restated you. Why did you give up. He then pulled him towards him and hugged him tightly. Remember what you told me when I was training Sam? Or do I have rejogged your memory. He said as he wanted Sam to have something his life. Have you chosen yet Sam what you want to do? He asked him and rubbing his back. Brian was trying to be a good friend and didn't want Sam to make a mistake which he would regert later on.

"I can't do anything right anymore Brian. 'He said looking to brian. "I am sorry, that I need to give my job up for something stupid that happened."He said. "I never thought I could help you or anyone but I won't come back, the council of police don't want me anymore and the Judge yeah, they won't listen to it."He said. "I will see what happen with my life and you can tell me what you want and what I told you."He siad as he smiled.

Brian listen to him. You told me long time ago. Never give up fighting what you believe in. I wanted to give up long time ago. But you kept me going and never let me give up. Look me now Sam. I am now fully trained officer and I have you thank for that. He smiled and hugged him friendly again. Now they have kicked you out the force they going to do the same to me now. He lean his head back and opened the door. I would let you go then he then got out the car to go in his cruiser.

"As long as you do it with fate, respect and justice, you can go further in life Brian. "He said looking to him. "Take care my friend."He said. "Bring Leigh home savety, don't let her come and find me.'he said looking to him. "If she really wants then do but I am not sure if I will be there."He said. He let some tears again as he went to his place he could thought. The place the wind came around him as he could get his thoughts away. He didn't know what to do anymore and he left Leigh now all alone there at the Judge. He was weak and pathetic. He leaned some closer to the place to look at the beach. He didn't know what was going to happen but the thing that was blocking his way not to fall of was borken and could collapse any minute.

Baylee didn't like the college and managed to get out without any trouble. He remembered Sam's house and he aheaded to there. He opened the door and looked Sam. He then went even furher. He looked around and saw Sam on the beach. He sat down by him and he looked at him. Take it didn't go well then? He asked him. Baylee was really concered about Sam and wanted to know he was here. You didn't come and pick me up dad. He leaned into his shoulder and kissed his cheek.

"You skipped Classes Baylee."He said as he showed his roster."Your teacher isn't sick so you went away from the school."He said. He didn't even look to Baylee. "No it didn't work out, I stopped fighting for it. I am pathetic and a coward and I failed to do anything right."He said. He then looked to Baylee as he felt the railing break as he felt down the hill as he came after a few minutes at the sand. He was knocked out as he couldn't do anything. He saw a bright light as his heart was getting weak.

No I didn't dad. I promise you remember. He looked at him and followed him towards the edge. You aren't pathetic or a coward dad. You have helped me right. You never gave up on me. I like to thank you for that he then went to hug him until he fell down. Baylee found another way down and he spoke to him. Dad stay with me! Don't leave me He started to cry on his shoulder.
Meanwhile Brian was driving Leighanne back to Sam's place. Unaware of what's happening. Brian had a bad feeling but kept it hidden for Leighanne's sake. Soon then came to the house and walked into it and waited for Sam to come to them.

Sam felt the hug as he was on the ground after the hug. He saw the light getting brighter as his heart stopped. His hands and body turned cold and if you would look in his eyes they were cold and showed nothing anymore. He pt his hand on the sand as he saw the light was almost there. His heart stopped already. He was going to die, he could feel it. Leigh wasn't there to save him and Baylee couldn't do anything. HE let a tear out of his eye as it was like a good bye for him to Baylee.

Baylee pulled himself together and ran back to the house. He saw his mother and he pulled her towards the beach. This is the first time he went nearer his mother. Leighanne shocked Sam's heart and managed to get it beated again. Leighanen was relieved when Sam's braething was back. She picked him up and lied him on the couch with a blanket over him. Baylee couldn't walk back to the house. Brian went to be with him and he hugged him tightly. Leighanne nodded and looked at Sam and made sure he was alright.

Sam felt a breath again as he got up. He looked around as he wanted to know what happened to him. He felt pain in his leg as he could feel his knee was borken. "Oh great that means it can't be healed again."He said. He then saw some scratches etc as he looked to Leigh. "I am sorry, I didn't know the railing was so terrible."He said as he tried to get up. He stand up but then he hit the ground again as he looked to Leigh. "Give me a wheelchair and I will need to see Baylee."He said looking to Leigh. "I want to see him now, I can't leave him like that."He said. He then started to cry from the pain and from the emotions. He felt more pain after he got from the couch and hit the ground on his knee but he wanted to move on.
